A defining experience that shaped his intellectual capacity and argumentative skills was his involvement as a participant and member of the national legal debate forum organized by the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia (MPR RI). Through these forums, he honed his skills in legal analysis, argument drafting, and developed a profound understanding of the constitutional system and national legal developments. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji and subsequently pursued his Master of Laws (M.H.) at Universitas Internasional Batam. This robust academic background serves as a solid foundation for his professional practice as an advocate, driven by utmost integrity. In his practice, he has handled a diverse range of legal cases, including civil disputes, criminal matters, industrial relations, and various corporate legal issues. He graduated as the best graduate of his undergraduate program with a perfect GPA of 4.00 and subsequently completed his Master's degree with a GPA of 4.00. His interest in banking law began during his undergraduate studies through a comprehensive legal analysis of Law Number 4 of 2023 on Financial Sector Development and Strengthening (PPSK Law), particularly its implications for the banking sector. He also gained professional experience as a Banking Law Assistant Expert, further enhancing his understanding of banking regulations and legal issues within the financial services sector.
